Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
Orders are dispatched by our international fulfilment partner. Depending on where the item is stocked, your parcel ships from a warehouse in Europe or Asia; most deliveries arrive within 8–15 days of ordering. Every parcel is tracked, and the delivery window is shown on each product page and at checkout. Parcels that ship from outside the EU may be subject to import VAT and customs clearance charges on delivery; those are not included in the price shown.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days to return any unused item for a full refund, in line with EU consumer law. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
