14-day right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To make use of this right, let us know within that period at support@deskt.eu and return the item.
- Items should be returned unused and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
- You have 14 days from notifying us to send the item back.
- We refund the full order amount — including standard shipping — within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you used to pay.
How to start a return
- Email support@deskt.eu with your order number (
DK-XXXXXX). - We'll send you return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back; once it arrives and is checked, we process your refund.
2-year warranty
Every product Deskt sells is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of your statutory rights. If something fails through normal use within that period, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse. Your rights under EU consumer law are unaffected.
Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within a few days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll put it right at no cost to you.
