Model withdrawal form

This is the standard withdrawal form set out in Annex I(B) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). You may use it to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — but you are not obliged to: any other clear statement of withdrawal, for example a short email, is equally valid.

Send the completed form to hallo@botlease.nl (or by post to the address below). We confirm receipt without delay, and reply with the return address for your parcel.

What happens next

  1. You tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you are withdrawing.
  2. We reply with the return address. Returns are handled by our fulfilment partner, so the address depends on the warehouse your item shipped from — always wait for our reply before sending anything back.
  3. You send the goods back within 14 days of that notice. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  4. We refund the full order amount, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the return (or of proof that you sent it), using the same payment method you paid with.
