1. Who we are

This webshop, Deskt (deskt.eu), is a trading name of Botlease, a business registered in the Netherlands and the seller of record for every order.

2. Products & pricing

All prices are shown in euros and include Dutch VAT. They do not include import VAT or customs clearance charges: part of our range is dispatched from a warehouse outside the EU, and for those parcels the carrier or customs authority may levy such charges on delivery. See our Shipping & delivery page. We take care to describe and price products accurately; in the event of an obvious error, we may cancel an affected order and refund any amount paid. Product illustrations are for identification; specifications are listed on each product page.

3. Ordering

A contract of sale is formed once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or an error has occurred — in which case you receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by our payment providers over secure, hosted checkout pages. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is prepared for dispatch once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the Netherlands. Delivery is free and typically takes 8–15 days; the full details are on our Shipping & delivery page. Estimated delivery windows are indicative and shown at checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting the day you receive the goods. You may notify us in any clear way, including with the model withdrawal form. The direct cost of returning the goods is yours, except when the item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. Returns are handled by our fulfilment partner, so there is no single fixed return address: notify us first and we email you the return address that applies to your parcel. 7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under EU and Dutch law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
