Terms & conditions

Last updated: 2026. These terms are a plain-language summary template and should be reviewed by the operator before launch.

1. Who we are

This webshop, Deskt (deskt.eu), is a trading name of Botlease, a business registered in the Netherlands. Our registration and VAT details are shown in the site footer and on every invoice: KVK [nummer], VAT [btw-nummer]. You can reach us at support@deskt.eu.

2. Products & pricing

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. We take care to describe and price products accurately; in the event of an obvious error, we may cancel an affected order and refund any amount paid. Product illustrations are for identification; specifications are listed on each product page.

3. Ordering

A contract of sale is formed once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or an error has occurred — in which case you receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by our payment providers over secure, hosted checkout pages. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is prepared for dispatch once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & delivery page. Estimated delivery windows are indicative and shown at checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The full procedure, and our 2-year warranty, are described on the Returns & warranty page.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under EU and Dutch law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
